Alberto Guzman is a Senior Software Engineer with NASA Ames Research Center and CSU Monterey Bay through the NASA ARC-CREST agreement. He serves as a technical lead for the OpenET API and plays a key role in the ongoing development and enhancement of the Satellite Irrigation Management Support (SIMS) model. He has more than 15 years of experience in remote sensing application development. He also serves as the Data Manager for the NASA Earth Exchange (NEX), supporting data access and research across the science community. His contributions have been recognized with multiple NASA honor awards for advancing innovative remote sensing solutions.
