Chris provides technical review and support to the OpenET intercomparison and accuracy assessment teams. Since 2020 he has developed growing season timing datasets and assisted with development of the Median Absolute Deviation ensemble product. Chris has extensive experience modeling consumptive use and net irrigation water requirements and is currently co-leading several collaborative studies to improve estimates of open water evaporation throughout the Western U.S. (MS, Hydrology, University of Nevada Reno; BS, Chemistry, Truman State University).
