David leads the development of the OpenET agricultural field boundary processing pipeline and contributes data from IrrMapper, a system to automatically map annual, 30 m resolution irrigation status in the Western U.S. using Landsat satellite data. His interest is in studying the extent and frequency of irrigation and irrigation impacts on surface water in the West.
