Rachel is a Senior Manager with the Climate Resilient Water Systems program at Environmental Defense Fund, and supports use case development, outreach, and communications efforts for OpenET. She is a member of several collaborative teams working to transform water management and policy across the western U.S. Rachel’s areas of work include strategy development, coalition management, outreach and education, data analysis, and policy advocacy.
